Introduction
The mushroom cultivation air dome adopts the inflatable membrane structure, the whole building has no beams and no columns, covers 11,050 square metres and reaches 20 metres in height. This project adopts the environmental protection disinfection and sterilisation technology and air supported structure form cultivation technology, which is the first and only one in China. The disinfection and sterilisation technology can make the cultivation process of edible fungus species completely free of chemicals, so as to realise the green environmental protection.
Air dome cultivation technology is unique, efficient, constant temperature and humidity, which can make the cultivation of edible fungus more safe, better quality, higher production efficiency, and at the same time can save energy by 60%.
