Full deliverables include wind and snow load calculation reports, anchor bolt pull-out verification reports, construction detailed drawings, membrane cutting and layout drawings, and electrical node diagrams. All documentation is ready for permitting submission and overseas project acceptance, ensuring both structural safety and architectural aesthetics.

We have our own constant-temperature and dust-free production base, equipped with fully automatic CNC membrane cutting machines, long-track heat sealing machines, digital membrane printing production lines, and membrane material tensile testing instruments.

We implement a five-tier quality control system covering raw material incoming inspection, in-process patrol inspection, finished product outgoing inspection, on-site installation acceptance, and post-delivery operation & maintenance.
All finished products undergo comprehensive testing, including inflation load-bearing pressure tests, airtightness verification, and tensile performance evaluation. Meanwhile, lighting and visual effects are assessed to ensure dual-standard acceptance of both structural performance and aesthetic appearance.
