  • Requirements Consultation

Deeply connect with the real usage demands of customers and comprehensively verify the core information of the project such as the usage of the site, site construction area, required span and height, indoor functional zoning, project duration budget, foundation conditions, whether disassembly and relocation are needed, local wind and snow seismic standards, and at the same time answers customers' various questions about the cost of air-supported membranes, membrane material, supporting fan and airtight door equipment, approval compliance, etc. Accurately sort out the core demands of the project to lay a solid foundation for subsequent customized solutions.
  • Site assessment

For projects located nearby, we can dispatch our engineers to the site to conduct on-site measurements.

However, for overseas projects, we require the client to provide relevant data, such as the site master plan, geological and foundation information (including soil bearing capacity data), details regarding site constraints, and so forth.
  • Schematic Design

Based on communication requirements and site survey data, a customized overall solution for air-supported membrane buildings is provided: including membrane material specification selection (PVDF /PVF light-transmitting/flame-retardant/anti-corrosion membrane materials), mechanical calculation of large-span air-supported membrane structures, fans, airtight doors, fire protection, lighting, and a full set of supporting equipment configuration. Provide floor plans, 3D renderings, construction drawings, cost details, and construction period schedules; And the plan was repeatedly coordinated and revised until the client confirmed the final version.
  • Manufacturing

Once the design drawings are finalized, the project proceeds to standardized manufacturing at our own facility. CNC equipment precisely cuts and welds the membrane materials to ensure the airtightness and structural strength of the air-supported membrane. It is equipped with intelligent booster fans, airtight evacuation doors, intelligent central control systems, fire ventilation equipment, lighting components, etc. Full-process quality inspection, conducting item-by-item tests on the tensile strength, flame retardancy, and anti-aging performance of membrane materials, as well as the operational stability of mechanical and electrical equipment. The entire set of air-supported membrane structure has been disassembled, modularized, packed and shipped by sea, along with complete installation drawings and a list of equipment accessories.
  • Construction and installation

Our company has its own professional construction team capable of standardized installation: completing simple foundation anchoring and pre-embedding, membrane body splicing and tensioning, fan pipeline laying, central control system wiring and debugging, and installation of fire protection, lighting and ventilation equipment. Simultaneously complete the debugging of the air tightness, pressure resistance and constant temperature systems. Under the condition that the foundation hardening is done well, regular projects can be completed within ten to several dozen days.

For overseas projects, technicians can be dispatched to the site to guide the installation work, and installation guidance instructions can be provided at the same time. After completion, a comprehensive acceptance inspection will be carried out to ensure that the air-supported membrane structure is stably put into use up to standard.
  • Operations and Maintenance Services

Following project delivery, we provide long-term, dedicated operations and maintenance services. This includes maintaining client-specific records, offering online technical support, and performing remote debugging of intelligent control systems. We also provide paid replacement services for aging membrane materials and worn electromechanical components upon request, as well as technical support for the relocation and re-installation of demountable air-supported structures, ensuring their long-term, stable, and safe operation.

Air-Supported Structures Directly Address Key Pain Points Across Major Industries

High construction costs and financial pressure

Traditional steel structures and civil engineering projects entail high initial costs and expensive ongoing maintenance (such as rust removal). Air-supported structures cost only half as much as traditional buildings; the membrane material is corrosion-resistant and self-cleaning, significantly reducing long-term O&M costs.

Interior columns and low space utilization

Beams and columns in traditional buildings create obstructions, limiting the layout of large equipment or sports facilities. Air-supported structures feature a column-free, long-span design, providing a completely open and unobstructed interior space.

Long construction periods and slow time-to-market

Conventional venues and material storage yards often take over six months to build. Air-supported structures are prefabricated in factories, shipped in modules, and rapidly assembled on-site; they can be completed in just a few dozen days, allowing for quick operational startup.

Dust and odor compliance issues and high environmental risks

Open-air storage yards generate significant dust, leading to potential fines and work stoppages, and expose materials to wind and rain damage. Air-supported structures utilize a fully enclosed design to effectively suppress dust and odors, easily passing environmental inspections and minimizing material loss.

Site constraints and high land costs

Issues such as land scarcity, insufficient roof load-bearing capacity, and reluctance to undertake major construction on short-term leases often arise. In contrast, air-supported structures are lightweight and have minimal foundation requirements; they can be installed on wasteland or rooftops and fully dismantled and relocated, ensuring the investment is not wasted.

Fixed buildings cannot be reused, and temporary projects waste funds

Structures used for exhibitions, temporary storage, or overseas worksites are often discarded after use.
Conversely, the components of air-supported structures can be fully dismantled, transported, and reassembled at new locations, thereby reducing the need for repeated investment.
