Introduction
More and more schools are choosing to build air-coated sports halls because of their advantages in terms of teaching quality, flexibility, economy, environmental protection, enhancing students' interest and participation, and safety. These advantages make the air-membrane sports dome an ideal choice to solve the shortage of sports venues on campus, improve the level of physical education and promote the physical and mental development of students.
These two air domes located in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province.They cover an area of 7,414 square metre, with three basketball courts,10 badminton courts and 10 pingpong tables, which were complished in 2018 for students daily sports activities.
For sports participants, especially the youth, safety is especially the top ranking prerequisite for sports. The air membrane arena is light weight, can resist typhoon, snow, ultraviolet radiation, and even applies to the plateau low-pressure oxygen-deficient environment. The safety coefficient of the air dome greatly improved .
