  • Air-Supported Structure Membrane
    Solutions
We offer a tiered selection system for membrane materials tailored to varying service lives, application scenarios, climatic conditions, and budgets. Complemented by integrated thermal insulation structures, these solutions deliver all-weather performance, energy efficiency, high strength, and durability, making them widely suitable for sports, industrial, warehousing, cultural tourism, and outdoor projects.
  • PVDF Fluorocarbon-Coated PVC Membrane
    Top Recommendation · All-Weather Versatility

This specialized air-supported structure membrane features a polyester fiber base, double-sided PVC coating, and an outer PVDF fluorocarbon protective layer. It offers advantages such as UV resistance, resistance to salt spray corrosion, hydrophobic self-cleaning properties, and a long service life, making it suitable for various air-supported structures designed for long-term, all-weather operation.

    Service Life: 15–25 years
Advantages: UV resistance, resistance to coastal salt spray, self-cleaning and anti-fouling capabilities, color stability, and consistent thermal insulation and energy-saving performance.
Applications: Permanent sports venues, industrial coal sheds, warehousing facilities, coastal projects, and permanent outdoor structures.
Note: Balancing performance and budget, this is the preferred choice for the vast majority of commercial, industrial, and sports projects.

  • PTFE fiberglass membrane
    High-End Membrane Material

It is made of fire-resistant glass fiber cloth as the base material and coated with PTFE Teflon coating. It is a permanent high-end membrane material.

Service life: 30 to 40 years
Advantages: Class A non-combustible, lifelong self-cleaning, high and low temperature resistance, zero chemical corrosion, maintenance-free, and extremely long life
Applicable scenarios: City landmark stadiums, convention and exhibition centers, highly corrosive chemical parks, permanent public buildings
But, the cost is high and the membrane material is very rigid, so it is not suitable for temporary projects that require frequent disassembly and assembly.

  • ETFE transparent membrane
    Fluoroplastic transparent film

Fluoroplastic transparent membrane without fabric base material, with extremely high light transmittance and transparent texture.

Service life: 25 to 35 years
Advantages: light transmittance >90%, lightweight, weather-resistant, anti-aging, beautiful appearance

Applications:: air membrane lighting roofs, greenhouses, landscape display air membrane buildings

  • Supporting thermal insulation composite materials
    Standard For Energy Saving

For constant-temperature venues and projects with cooling and heating needs, a composite structure of "outer membrane + thermal insulation interlayer + inner membrane" is used, filled with high-quality thermal insulation cotton, which effectively blocks hot and cold air convection, prevents condensation, reduces air-conditioning energy consumption, achieves low energy consumption and all-weather constant temperature comfort, and is suitable for uninterrupted operations throughout the year.
