Introduction
Winter games are seasonal sports, like Ice skating, ice hockey, and if you want to play ice sports all year round, you have to go to a special area. But nowadays, thanks to the current technological advancements. Air supported membrane structure is a new method of venue construction where the dome surface is supported by air pressure, covering the whole structure system. It was highly regarded during the Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022 because of its convenience.
Harbin New District Ice Sports Center covers nearly 4,000 square meters. The main body of the air dome pavilion is 60 meters in length; 30 meters in width, and 19 meters in height. Once you step in, you will feel the urge to put on ice skates and skate around in the ice hall.
