The gymnasiums complex at Taiyuan Normal University comprises a comprehensive sports hall and a natatorium, covering a total area of over 80,000 square meters.
The comprehensive sports air dome features two standard basketball courts, four volleyball courts, ten badminton courts, and over twenty table tennis tables.
The natatorium adopts a professional glare-free lighting system that ensures even illumination without shadows or blind spots, creating a spacious and comfortable environment. It includes one standard-sized swimming pool and one semi-standard-sized pool. Thanks to the excellent thermal insulation of the air-supported membrane structure and coordinated smart systems, the natatorium maintains a constant ambient temperature of around 26°C year-round, with water temperatures kept at 28-29°C. The facility's zoning design accommodates both professional competitions and fulfills students' needs for daily training and recreational activities.
